About Easy@Home Pregnancy Tests
Easy@Home pregnancy test strips are FDA-cleared, inexpensive strip-style tests with a detection sensitivity of approximately 25 mIU/mL. They use pink dye and are widely available on Amazon and other retailers.
A typical Easy@Home pack contains 20–40 strips, which is why they're popular with people who want to test frequently during the two-week wait without spending a lot on individual tests.
Is a Faint Line on Easy@Home a Positive?
Yes. Any pink line in the test area within the 5-minute reading window is a positive result. Easy@Home uses pink dye, which makes it easier to distinguish a faint true positive from a colorless evaporation line.
Because Easy@Home has a 25 mIU/mL sensitivity, a faint line typically indicates that hCG is present but not yet very elevated - this is typical when testing before or around the expected period.

Easy@Home vs. Other Strip Tests
Easy@Home and Wondfo strips perform very similarly - both have 25 mIU/mL sensitivity and use pink dye. Many people in the TTC community use Easy@Home for daily testing and FRER for confirmation.
Compared to branded cased tests like Clearblue or First Response, Easy@Home strips are less sensitive but much more affordable for frequent testing. They are perfectly adequate for testing from the day of your missed period.
Tips for Accurate Reading
Dip the Easy@Home strip in urine for exactly the time specified (usually 3–5 seconds). Lay it flat on a clean surface for 5 minutes. Read at 5 minutes in good lighting. Photograph immediately and use ClearLine for objective analysis.
